Popis projektu: Projekt je realizován v rámci Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost. Předmětem předkládaného projektu je zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti J4 s.r.o. na zahraničních trzích, a to pomocí podpory účasti firmy na 7 mezinárodních veletrzích v letech 2017 až 2019. Účast na vybraných veletrzích přispěje společnosti k novým zakázkám, zvýšení obratů a také k celkovému růstu společnosti. Projekt je spolufinancován Evropskou unií.

Band pre-heating can be fitted into the ovens, where the higher temperature is needy at the start of the baking.

Band pre-heating

It is about the ovens intended for baking bread with high percentage of rye, pizza and ciabatta.

In case of need to increase the band temperature by approx. 50°C at the oven infeed point in comparison with standard temperatures, it is possible to equip all PPP baking oven types with band pre-heating, whose intensity is easy to regulate with the help of independent heat dampers. Band heating of greater intensity takes place in the front part of the oven, just before its transfer into the insulated space of the bottom part of the oven infeed.
