Automatic regulation of steam pressure
The requested value of the steam pressure is set to the controller and then the automatic valve itself adjusts the steam pressure. The steam pressure is stable during the whole baking process and thus it allows to keep the continual and high quality of the baked products.
Automatic regulation allows immediately to balance the unstable pressure of the steam source that can be caused by the impact consumption of the steam, for example by the proofer, and steam source or by another equipment.
