Granite-stone plate band
This band is primarily noted for its unified, flat surface and the highest ability to accumulate heat in comparison with other band types.
Products, baked on the natural granite-stone, have, owing to the stone ability for heat accumulation, higher temperature of the bottom right after being set on the band and thus they increase their volume considerably, in comparison with other types of band. Besides higher volume, granite plate band is suitable to use where there is a technology requirement for baking the product from the bottom (for example pizza, bread, ciabatta and so on).
